When I’m not deejaying weddings, I can be found: On the road, performing and working behind the scenes in various shows around the region.
My other interests: Music production, audio engineering, dancing and turntablism.
Favorite music artists: The Roots, Incubus, Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco, J Dilla, Kaytrananda, Nujabes, DJ Jazzy Jeff, ENFERNO, Shiftee, Louis La Roche, Bill Withers, James Brown, Lauryn Hill.
First dance songs I’m enjoying now: “Can't Take My Eyes Off of You" (Lauryn Hill), "Thinking Bout You" (Frank Ocean), "Ho Hey" (Lumineers), "Dance With Me Tonight" (Olly Murs), "You Are the Best Thing" (Ray LaMontagne), "XO" (John Mayer cover)

A quote I live by: “Life is all about your perspective.” – my father
Best advice I ever received: “As a leader you can never hesitate to worry about whether the decision you want to make it the ‘right’ one. You just have to make a decision, react to whatever happens and take care of your people.”
Seven words that describe me: Responsible, sociable, music-lover, hardworking, nocturnal, inquisitive, tech-savvy.
Five prized possessions I couldn’t live without: “Welcome to the Audience” by Mania Music Group, the first full-length album I worked on; my Technics SL-1200 turntables; my unit patch from the 400th MP Battalion; my copy of a deed for a land purchase signed by my great-great-great grandfather.
Something no one would guess by looking at me: I spent 8 years in the Army as a combat support MP.
On being a wedding DJ: “One of the biggest things about being a versatile DJ is understanding how to create an atmosphere for people of many different ages, backgrounds and tastes, and translate the wishes of the couple into a celebration of love. I enjoy playing weddings because the guests are coming in with a desire to have fun when they walk in the door. There are very few jobs where you can find so much positivity from beginning to end!"
