John and Tiffany got married at Ceresville Mansion in Frederick, MD on Sunday the 17th and it was fantastic! I did their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music and everyone had a lot of fun. The ceremony was beautiful, and Tiffany and John were just great to work with. The ceremony music was great - they picked out a bunch of string quartet covers of indie and alternative rock songs by the Vitamin Strings Quartet. If you are looking for something traditional and non-traditional for your ceremony, go on iTunes and check them out - they have a TON of songs.
After cocktail hour, they did a handful of very sweet and sentimental toasts and then the dancing began! There was so much action on the dancefloor that the temperature in Ceresville probably shot up 20 degrees. Despite the heat, everyone danced and had a great time. Their first dance was to "Magic" by Colbie Calliat, and the overall mix of music was everything from indie rock to hip hop. I had a lot of fun mixing this one up!
I also got to work with one of my old pals, photographer Jen Lowe, and we had a blast. She's very easygoing and we worked great together. Here are some pictures from Jen Lowe's blog - thanks, Jen!
