Couple: Kelsey and Thomas Wedding date: May 28, 2011

DJ: Anthony Simpson

Forgive us for being a little late in sharing this one, it's been a busy few months and we have so many fantastic real weddings to feature it's difficult to keep up with them all!

Kelsey and Thomas are high school sweethearts who shared their first dance to Howie Day's "Collide," and were given a special gift by Kelsey's brother Danny (a trained singer), who performed "The Luckiest" at the ceremony and surprised his sister with a performance of "Moon River" (her favorite song) during dinner. They got married at The Oaks, one of our favorite Eastern Shore venues.

Anthony loved spinning this wedding in particular as their crowd ROCKED! "They packed the dance floor the entire night," he said, "even during my oldies set in the beginning the floor of the Oaks was shaking and my speakers were swaying like palm trees." Sounds like a party! Kelsey and Thomas's guests loved everything he played - from oldies/Motown, 80s rock to Top 40 hits of today. The groom is such a fan of 80s rock that for their introductions, they used the London Symphony Orchestra's cover of Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run" - sweet!

What a stunning blue!

Dana at Petal's Edge did an incredible job on these arrangements, which went perfectly with this wedding's bright blue theme.

This gorgeous cake was a SugarBakers creation. Once again, the bright blue beachy theme was perfectly executed, and the cake's striking color was complemented well by the floral arrangements.

Getting down on the dance floor! Good job, Anthony and congratulations, Kelsey and Thomas!
