Who’s ready to get to know another fabulous disc jockey from MyDeejay? Here’s William Steward, who brings a lot of heart and plenty of soul to the MyDeejay team (don’t tell him we told you, but he does an AMAZING rendition of the “Rerun” dance from the TV show “What’s Happening!”) When he’s not high-kicking, William is a property manager for a luxury apartment community and keeps busy with his awesome wife Rochon and their two beautiful daughters. Of course, there’s plenty more to William’s story – read on to learn everything you need to know. What’s the first concert you ever attended? What’s the best present you ever received? When my 9 year old daughter was 4 years old, she gave me a Valentine’s Day card she made in church. I loved it so much, I still have that card to this day and I don’t think I will ever throw it away.
What are some of your favorite reception sites in the Baltimore/DC area? Corradetti Glass Studio in Baltimore. I love the coziness of the venue and really enjoyed the window next to the stage where I was set up last time I played a wedding there. People walking by could watch me perform! It was great, some people were dancing and others would walk by and give me a thumbs up. I also like Port Annapolis Marina in Annapolis, this site has a beautiful water view. And then of course there is Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, which boasts the best sunset in Maryland.
